Evo 9 Tribute.

Evo 9 Tribute.
Okay, as you all know the 4G63 is reaching the end of its life in the Evo. It's making out its will. Soon the Evo will change for the worse. You guys might not think so, but you'll see. People around the world who drove the Evo 1 - 6 were ashamed of Mitsubishi changing to the 7. That's why there's so many Evo 6 lovers over seas. Just like we will favor the 8 and the 9 over the 10. It just won't be the same. So I am writing this thread for a request. I want someone to make a video in tribute to this great automobile. The SRT-4 guys have their tribute video.

So we should have one as well, a better one, the BEST one.

They were going all the way in the video, it was just that the SRT-4s were suped up. That Evo 8 was stock and the SRT-4 was Stage 2. Anyway, someone make a tribute video for the evo, I would if i had the ability.

Well I personaly think the IX will be a classic, due to it's short production run and unique combination of Mivec and 4G63. No disrespect to the VIII, also an awesome car, but there are things about the IX that really stand out. With that said, I'm still expecting the X to make a big splash. I think it will be a great car that will still be incredibly fast and offer better experience for day to day normal driving. Sure a lot of people like the rawness, brute force and driving experience of the VIII and IX. But a lot of people wouldn't mind a more civil car that is also a joy to drive. I guess we will have to wait and see, but if Xs are making 290-300WHP at the wheels stock, then I'd be really happy. Although I don't plan on trading in my IX for a X.

It's about honor. It's about respect for such a great engine and a great platform. Sure the Evo X will be powerful stock, but it doesn't have over 10 years of tuning behind it. By NO MEANS will you be able to modify it and tune it like you could the previous Evo's. It's not the same, in my opinion. The Evo is a rally inspired car, not some luxury sports car like the X is trying to be, lets not forget that. Can I get someone to help me with this Tribute Video? I will find clips and footage, even film some. I just can't edit it, etc. I need an editor.
