How much is a Mail-in Flash. I have a Evo IX with an HKS TBE. Can you beat DynoFlashes price? Also, what is the time needed? Will I have it back in a day or so?

We do not price-match flashes as we are constantly engineering (with real Engineers) the Brain Flash to be the best on the market. Other flashes may be cheaper, but (as stated) you get what you pay for. WORKS will not compromise quality over quantity.
There is a checklist to download from our website. Fill it out and mail along with your ECU. Timeframe depends on your shipping option. We flash and ship ECUs the same day we receive them. If you overnight both ways, expect your car to be down 36-48 hours. Please call ahead of time to make arrangements and to let us know to keep an eye out for the ECU itself. Keep in mind that most shipping companies do not deliver on the weekends (or charge a premium to do so).

Gimme a break on the "you get what you pay for" cliche. People are paying $200 for Dynoflashes to run 12-flat. The Works flash may be good, but a mail-in is a mail-in, and what you're paying for is the EcuTek license ($650), not a better tune.

There are other flashes may be cheaper and produce more power.
Though the customer service and attention to detail of Works is excellent and people have to consider that.

I dont doubt that Al knows his stuff. His numbers show hes good. I think the works flash is just a touch less agressive, and better suited for the type of driving I do. Daily driving in Vegas heat on 91 octane. I'm paying out my **** for this car, I want it to last a while!
