Super light lug nuts...are they safe??? please read so i dont die!

I ordered some rims and some lug nuts. apparently the rims i picked i cant use the stock lug nuts. so i decieded to get some light wieght lug nuts. i got them today and they feel like plastic...is that how they are suppose to be? it just doesnt seem safe, im not sure if they actually are plastic or not...the whole kit wieghts as much as 1 or 2 of the stock ones....am i just being paranoid? or did i buy a super ****ty set, i dont know what the brand is... im about to buy some different norma heavy ones

thanks

what brand did you get, I run Rays and when I first got them they were so light I didnt think they would hold, but I have since used them on a track day and had no issues at all. I guess as long as they aren't an ebay bootleg special than you should be all good.
