There is a TSB released from Mitsubishi about this problem. Use the search button, and you will find the actual document. Print this document, it is all the evidence you need.
It was stated in the TSB that it is caused in 2003 Evo's from Tranny vibration that sets off the knock sensor.
What else do you need? F peoples statements, put the bulliten in the hand of the arbitrator.
