RON and Octane?
I'm about to send my ECU for a flash..
Our petrol station here have two kinds of fuel, says: '95 Octane' and '98 Octane'.. I always use the 98 but would have like to know whether there is a difference between an Octane unit and a RON unit..
What should i tell my ecu 'flasher'!
Thanks,
Wael

I think the US is the only place that uses (R+M)/2. I beleive the rest of the world uses RON.
