Wouldn't that be excess weight?

my best guess is pollution. the skies are gray here everyday.. but besides that.. i have been followed by cops after seeing them pullover a different car and they decide to follow me instead of finishing up their business with the other car previously pulled over.. pisses the shat outta me.

Also to you tards who keep throwing around the word communist, you clearly have no idea what it means, communism has nothing to do with infringement of personal liberties, in fact in an actual communist society there is no government. Totalitarian is the word you're looking for, as in despite different economic systems both **** Germany and Communist Russia were totalitarian.

And i'm gonna hopefully be one of those young gun lawyers in a few years and when I am I'm gonna do my best to stop this crap. The redicoulous thing about the stuff going on in the Peninsula right now is that it's a response to sideshows, or basically when a bunch of lowriders and stuff like that do donuts. This makes absolutely no sense considering you'll hardly ever find an import at a sideshow, i'm sure if i took my evo i'd get shot or something...
I plan on becoming an entertainment lawyer in cali in a few years. If you're still on a case like this I'd love to assist you with it Not really what I'll be practicing but if I can help I will!!!

Thanks everyone, trust me I'm so tick-off right now myself about how I was treated. Like I said never once have I've encounter such a fool behind the badge. I respect the law and know some of them. Unfortunately they are either retired or no longer a police officer. I should of went strait down to the police station and file a complaint but I just wasn't thinking clearly. With a recent family member that pass this week and this situation, I'm just torn in what actions I need to take and if I have anytime to go about it this week. I'm thinking of heading down to the court house and see the judge about my situation. Hopefully, a good outcome because in the back of the ticket with the info on how to contact the State Referee for an inspection, it also say's that the vehicle must not be on the road until compliance but dam this is my only car ( my daily driver ). I'm also going to call AAA insurance to see if there is any legal advise they can give but I think they'll just tell me to see the judge. I know everyone feels the same about this situation. It's ridiculous that we have to watch our backs because the our Evo's are being stereotyped but it was his comments that have me steaming. I appreciate all the feed back from everyone and stay out of San Mateo County that's my advise.

I challenged the officer to check our engines. I told him "Touch our motors, Do they feel warm at all? If we just ran from you, you would feel heat coming from these motors!" He refused after I asked him numerous times to do so. He then wrote down all our info and drove off.

And who cares if you are almost 30 years old? You should be able to drive whatever the **** you want!
