Unfortunately, I doubt it is your coilover.

I would put my money on the chance that you damaged your t-case.

Do some searching on this forum for similar characteristics. Good luck.

Is it had to turn both ways?

When I messed up my t-case in my 03, the car would kind of hop a little when I had the wheel full turn to lock either way at low speeds.

Go under the car and check for something obvious. But most likely it's a t-case.

Listen... Your T-Case is not bad. What you have is a Blown front diff! I strongly suggest not driving the car anymore. If you can go on eBay and get a ralliart diff its about 500 shipped from Japan. Have somebody install it for you. If you case was bad your car wouldnt move @ all. Or See if somebody on here has a diff for sale. Just try not to DRIVE.

x2.. I agree... it is most likely your diff..

Also, after i launched my car pretty hartd, i started hearing a click noise (like aluminum foil, or stepping on dry leaves). It happens more often goign into left-hand turns. My guess is samething, however, I fortunately dont think i have it as bad. However, I last night might have grenaded my tranni somewhere.. have yet to find out when i get home from work.

Not to hijack this thread or anything, but the tranni issue is seperate from the noise i was hearing.. at least i think so... i know the tranni is having issue tho... if u look in this "Evo General" section, you'll see the thread i created and can post there. dont wanna rob this guy's thread.

could any of the mods have directly contributed to the failure of the t-case? the added power of the intercooler and tbe most likely couldn't. point it out to mitsu. It's gonna be an uphill battle though. your still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty, right? you could also try removing the intercooler, and tbe and trying another dealership...
