PB or WD40
Heat
I used large crescent wrench with a pipe on the end for leverage
Above socket is good
But remember heat and pipe or breaker bar if you have the O2 socket for leverage
Heat softens the metal. Just watch the guys at the muffler shops they always use a torch. Not as much heat though for the O2 sensor as you would for regular bolts. You can wet a rag and put it over the wires and exposed end of the sensor. That will help it not overheat.

Here's an idea.
Just drive your car into those jiffy lube places and drive over the pit area and loosen it from the bottom.
You can get more leverage standing up.
But whatever is more convenient for you.

02 socket works, but if you're out of ideas, just do it from the bottom of the car where you use a standard wrench to torque it real good.
you need a long one though.
Get the 02 sensor socket. It makes a world of difference. summit racing sells them for a decent price.

if you don't have an o2 socket then use a flare nut wrench, it will give you just as much holding area. then use impact force, don't just pray on it, IMPACT will get it loose, then it's easy. remember, impact, that means tap with a hammer, tap with your fist, tap with something heavy, but impulse... just pulling is gonna bend something else... you need to use a sudden force.
