Stage 4 $400.00
Stage 5 $215.00
Total for stage 5 $3915.00 add $200.00 if you want the Race FMIC.
Plus I have the Exedy Twin disc race clutch $1450.00
Plus I have the BR short shifter $135.00
So I was doing a 14.0 fastest time stock, and now I am 12.9... I have to be doing something wrong!!!
It would be nice to get advice and not be ripped on

I agree that something appears to be off. You should have a higher trap speed. Your mod list doesn't mention if you've been tuned, but I concede making 381 without a tune would be unlikely.
To answer the question at hand, I say stay away from laughing gas. I think it would be much better to go with alchy injection. An even safer bet would be to use race gas and bump your boost from 20-21 psi to 26-27 psi. That will give you the extra power you're looking for and will be a heck of a lot cheaper.
Finally, can you tell us anything about the way you're racing? At what RPM do you shift? Do you no-lift shift? What are other cars trapping? Could there be something wrong with the track?

OK first, i had my ecu re-flashed by dyno flash after all mods were installed, right after the 272 hks cams were put in. OK, this is how i i run it. once i am up to the line and the light is still red, i pull the emergency brake up but keep the button pressed in and my hand on the handle.... i give it gas and let off the clutch a little just so i can feel the clutch is a little engaged and the emergency brake si the only thing holding the car back..... once the last yellow light first turns on i drop the emergency brake and WOT ( the emergency brake thing works the best and keeps me from breaking the tires loose to much, i only peel out for about half a second that way..) then i shift between 6800 and 7000rpm. quick fast shifts... yes i let off the gas between shifts but honestly with the short shifter and how well the clutch grabs the rpms dont get a chance to drop to much.... so there you go

Drew, I know a lot of people that started out running 14's with their Evo's - myself included. I could only muster 99-100mph. At first I just wanted to get into the 13's. After some time and practice I got it into the 12's. I eventually got down to 12.8 at 106 on 91 pump with 21 psi (pretty close to you). With race gas and more boost, my car went 12.3 at 111.
I say give it more time & boost and your times will go down and your speed will go up.

What's with the emergency brake? Can't you just push the clutch in a little more to keep it from inching forward? That really shouldn't matter on your speed though.
