Also he has already payed for a full tune and upgrades are suppose to be free for life

Dude I understand you are trying to make a point however, you dont need to result to name calling. It is actually against forum rules to name call. Please refrain from doing so.

Yes Al is busy and making alot of money being busy, so I don't feel sorry. I am very busy too.
Anyways Al tuned my car June 16th, I still DO NOT have any other maps besides the 100oct race gas map. I have called Al twice and spoke with him, he said he's been busy. I e-mailed Al twice, still no maps.
This is very annoying. Al I hope you respond to this and get me my maps ASAP. I will also need a refund on the money I have been spending on race gas from 06/18 till whenever I get the maps from you. PayPal is prefered, thanks.

this is an internet forum. I didn't know this thread required personal involvment... next time I will check the requirements before posting
. I am speaking about this thread and the responses to the two involved parties. You are right, customer service is the main thing in the service business, which car tuners still are. If all you offer is good work but horrible service, you will go out of business.But that isn't what I was talking about. In this case, it appeared a customer expected a service that he didn't alert the business(Al) about nor that the business (AL) offers to ANYONE. The reason I am posting is because I am unbiased... I go to WORKS in San Francisco. If your upset about customer service, go there... I will recommend them to no end.
