night pic!
They took a pic of my car last weekend
A cop friend calls me and ask if I was at X location at X day. Tells me btw did you install one of those flip up plates? I told him why...he said cause we have a silver Evo 8 caught on speed camera...."bastard flipped his plates up". Then I asked, did they get the plate number...he says of course not, if we did I would know who it was. He stopped by today and gave me the actuall picture. I told him it was me and he cracked up saying man I knew it. lol

This is pretty Lone Gunman-esque... I too am interested in how you rigged this up . Flipping the plate up seems like it'd be easy; do you have to manually push it back down?

Before u get that, get the cover that goes on the plate that blurs the numbers from any angle except dead on.

Look in any magazine that has the : flamethrower/hide-away license plate/Lambo doors.... you can find them there. I don't know how legal they will be in a couple of years if everyone keeps drawing attention to them....
