is it absolutley necisarry to replace the throwout bearing when replacing the clutch with an aftermarket? If the oem bearing is still in good condition.

Strictly speaking - no, but why not replace it anyway? It's relatively cheap compared to the clutch and the labor to install a new clutch, and if it goes bad you're going to have to go back in, which is a significant amount of work. It's just smart to do it while you're there. A bad throwout bearing can cause big problems. Exedy highly recommends it because it can ruin your day (and your brand new clutch) if the old throwout bearing isn't working properly.
