Question ebreak handle installation question

I'm thinking about replacing the stock ebreak handle with an aftermarket one, probably MOMO. Anyone here has replaced their ebreak handle before, please give me some advise on how to remove and replace the stock handle.

Thanks!

says to heat it with a heatgun and it just pulls off. It's just a plastic sleeve that slips on. (The factory one)

...Well, that was informative.

I don't know if MOMO would even fit. They have very oddly shaped e-brakes. Maybe with a little work, but I dunno...

i don't see how people buy momo either... i was looking at random interior stuff and for example shift knobs were all $30-$40 a piece except momo which was $90-$110 a piece. That's like 3 times the price of the other companies... is it really worth the extra money?

I know its an old thread, but does anybody know about eBrake handle fitment on our lancers? momo specifically. I heard they might have to be modified. If so, how?
