If your car smokes and this cures it, it will only cure it for a while. Its most likely time for a rebuild. I know a guy at work who used it for a month or two becuase his car smoked like crazy. It worked, then the smoking got worse and it was new engine time.

Not so sure this stuff is a great idea to use, I've used it in older cars that did have alot of leakdown, but who knows.. It doesn't last very long..
The stuff basically has a very fine resin type powder that fills scratches in the cylinder walls, I would be concerned that using it for an extended period of time could increase wear elsewhere.. Or at least gum up a oil filter..
If it works, cool.. but Its not a perminent fix, it'll certainly buy you a bit of mileage before a rebuild.. Unfortunatly with a turbo car, with high cylinder pressures, I'm pretty sure your compression would return to its previous state pretty quickly.
