If you had a custom reflash done the difference in power between the reflash and an AEM EMS at this point in your modifications would be minimal, maybe none at all.

The mods I'd do at this point that I don't see above would be:

Fuel pump upgrade
high flow cat or offroad pipe if you want to race it
Possibly go to a set of larger cams
Custom reflash
Alky kit

i got a quote of 300 for 5 runs and tuning. sounded fishy to me so didn't do it. think im gonna get flashed instead, cheaper and easier
