You guys are all wrong. It is #2 only in the years 03-05 not overall like the camry and integra.

Im planning to bid on this evo, it looks completely stock and the only problem i can tell by the pictures is the side skirt is a little damaged. IM hoping i can pick it up for 15-16k =P

Better be cheaper then that, you can get a perfectly fine 2003 for $18.

Where? ill buy one. All i see people ask mid 20's and usually end up selling low 20's. Id be happy to buy one under 20k.

check with your in surance companies as well. some will not provide insurance to a car with a salvaged title.
