Hmm I don't know exactly what you are referring to ^^^
I am wondering what it will take to get to 10's in an IX since so far it seems like the IX responds significantly better to mods and takes less to make same power

i read an article about the norris evo ix and i don't think they run the mivec. i'm not a 100% on that though. looking at the picture of the engine bay it does not look like a mivec 4g63.

first off they are talking of the 06 IX not 10 lol. And mivec is not 4g63 i believe its a 4g64 block code.
AMS AND BR are both VIII's. but 10's are very real in a IX. I think you should instead look for recommendations from tuners. Try calling BR or AMS and talk with a tech. I heard they are great with advice.
I hear 11s are alot easier to hit with IXs because they dont require the cam upgrade until another stage is desired. I believe with some expert advise to point you in the right direction you can easily obtain 10s in a IX. Im sorry i cant answer your questions they way you would want by saying i have a 10s IX cause mine is a VIII and i havent hit 10s yet ( BUT IM ON THE HUNT )
