Feldguy's Evo 1 Deer 0

So I hit and killed a deer tonight, but the deer left its mark. Bumper, windshield, intercooler, piping, radiator, both front fenders, headlights and a slew of other stuff......

Im curious, think I should ask the body shop to order an Evo 9 front bumper? Id even pay the difference, I just want to have the new look on my car, perfect opporunity.

Poor dear, i honestly feel bad.

Sorry to hear man good thing you didnt get hurt though. Dear suck here in PA. I have hit em with previous cars. GL on getting everything fixed. Im sure if you find a cool shop they will order you a IX bumper instead of the VIII.

yes ask the body shop for the evo 9 bumper. there should be not price difference.
also tell them you want a different intercooler, like a buschur or ams.

There is a price difference between VIII and IX parts, but it depends on how closely your insurance company scrutinizes things. I had to pay an extra ~150 or so to have my conversion done.

That ain't no Evo...

Now, beyond that, did you notice that the blood on the driver's seat didn't show the outline of a driver? What did he do, dive under the dash?

You don't really have to get an 8 or 9 bumper, think about it. It doesn't have to be an OEM part.
