Pop between shifts = flame?

It might be cool but if you keep on doing it your going to ware out the bareing in your turbo. Plus its not all that healthy for your car. Good luck replacing your piston rings after a while.

Well, I sort of have anti-lag on my car and ever since I removed the cat it pops sometimes but I never looked at the right point to see whether it's shooting out flames or not - but most likely not.
A friend had an old school rx-7 with the pop-up head lights and somehow that thing shot 2ft long flames on every up shift. That was rather good fun....

My brother's STi does it all the time and shoots 1ft blue flames. It's funny when you see kids on the street and let it shoot a flame while driving next to them. A couple time we saw these kids get so scared that they jump straight on the floor. Haha.
