Automobile Magazine: Evos dont have much tuning potential

Bored at work I was reading Automobile Magazine's article for the 2004 Car of the Year: the Evo. One thing struck me as hillariously wrong: "Yet the Evo is not without fault. Because of the tight packaging of the turbo's intercooler (it is wedged behind the front bumper), there is little room for a bigger one and therefore little tuning headroom on the cars, meaning that you won't see any 500-horsepower Evos marauding your city's streets at night."

Tell that to AMS

Many aftermarket intercoolers allow use of the factory crash bar, for example my Perrin FMIC fits great.

You should make a copy of the article with the quote highlighted and find some stuff about high HP evos and send it to the editor

A few, theres a whole lot more than a few high HP members on here. 500 is almost commonplace now.
