Geez, I bet it's tough to go to the bathroom and having to worry that someone like you might decide to call and if Shearer doesn't answer the phone they'll will take their business elsewhere. Come on, man, get a clue. If you want something tomorrow, don't call a custom fabrication shop and expect them to ship you out a custom kit that day. If someone does not call you back, think that there might be a reason, like going to the doctor, or being out of the office. There seem to be a number of people who think buying custom turbo kits is like getting a quart of oil at Walmart. If you're the nervous type, better buy a mass produced product so you don't get hives waiting a day or two.

We have an answering machine, and all calls are retuned as soon as we see they are missed! If you truly experienced some negative service from us in the past, I apologize, and be assured it wont happen again. That is why I came aboard. Ron needs to stay on the welding table and out of the office anyways.
