I just bought a greddy profec b spec s and im pissed it makes that loud *** clicking noise when going into boost. I really dont see how a company can manufacture something like that... IS there any other one out there thats similiar to the type s and does not make the clicking noise?

My Blitz SBC i-color does NOT make any noise, but it cost double than Greddy EBC.
But the click sound from Greddy EBC should be normal, thats how it works tho.

My Apex AVC-R also clicks.

They come with a rubber pad that you can put on the bottom of the clicking unit, to pad out some of the sound. Did your's come with that?

 

My freidns e-01 clicked when in boost, like smoothed out the curve or something.

 

I used to have a Greddy profec b spec ii and a profec type s... i dont remember any clicking on either units...

 

mine clicks but i can't here it anymore over the open WG

probably metal to solonoid contact from where you mounted it, try putting a rubber washer inbetween and see if it goes away.

 

yeah my wastegate drones mine out when it opens .... i have the spacers i used one on the top and bottom of it maybe its a lil to tight and still picking it up itll try that
