When driving straight, it usually occurs during or atfer you take off or when you hit a bump, right??

I recently installed a test pipe to finish out my turbo back system and I found the same noise after installation, upon investigation I noted that the flange on the test pipe was hitting the heat shield and causing the noise. It was particularly bad when I was at Idle stopped or directly after hitting a bump. I fixed it using an old rubber exhaust hanger, by wedging it between the flange and the shield. Kind of hood but I havent heard the noise since and there is no sign of wear anywhere so, overall I am happy with it.
