Firstly, shooting a paintball gun skin and breaking skin (especially with frozen paintballs) is considered aggravated assualt with a deadly weapon, a 2nd degree felony so unless you want to spent some time in jail for some as stupid as that, I'd nix that idea.

Secondly, this guy is a retired cop. i.e. his daughter is probably in her late 30s/early 40 and therefore not likely to be woo'ed by some kid with an Evo who still lives with his parents. Sorry to throw a damper on this party but there are too many people on here who act tough behind their keyboards and wouldn't have the ***** to do half the things they mention...just because you have an Evo doesn't make you 'tough'...stupid and immature, possibly. I hate this kind of stuff, the imports are always to blame...yeah right what about harleys? those are way louder than my car, but who would get the ticket?? I think we all know that answer. There is really no easy way to get back at a ex police officer unless you become one yourself, then you can fight the system from the inside.

Where do you live? I would be happy to cruise over your neighborhood at around 2-3am, with some friends with loud cars, and do some great fly-bys, show him what rev-limiters sound like, and to finish off, a nice smoky burnout right in front of his house.
