Is My tranny going bad.

My shifter has been getting really notchy going into 2nd,3rd,4th gears. The car only has 6500 miles on it. I think it could be due to my short shifter but i had that in since 1500 miles.

deff try changing your fluid. at those miles you probably have the factory fluid in the trans. if thats the case you should change it out since break in period is full of tranny shavings and stuff. what has a great rep is Pennsoil Syncro shift. GL and let us know how it goes.

If that doesn't help then give a call to Shepherd Racing.

yea... it never hurts to start trouble shooting by changin the fluids.... especially if its been 3000+ miles. Check that out as a starting point first... other wise, it never hurts to have a built tranny.
