When I'm slowly shifting through the gears, I will build 28psi in 3rd gear when I floor it. When I'm banging through the gears and I shift to 3rd gear at around 7000 RPM's, I only build 25psi. Is this normal? It seems like my trap speed should be alot more than 115 MPH, for the mods that I have.

 

Well yeah, because when you shift at 7k, you're already at 5500 in the next gear, and you know your boost doesn't hold 28psi from 3500 all the way to 5500. It starts to taper well before 5500...

115mph is about right for 367whp. You can't always base it off the mods - not everyone gets the same power out of a given set of mods. Your torque shows you're making a lot of power, but it kinda fizzles up top.
