I just called your phone to discuss this with you Mike. There was no answer though. I was unaware of this issue until I seen this thread. I am taking care of everything for you now.
I am going to send you out another FMIC and you WILL have it on or by Thursday which will give you enough time to have it installed for the race. The only thing I ask of you is if you could please package everything back in the box the way it came and tape it up good I am going to be sending a call tag with the new FMIC to have it picked up and returned to us.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Things just happen sometimes, but really glad to see vendors trying their best to have things fix! Buschur is one of the oldest vendors around for the 4G63, if u cant trust them then i dont think u can trust anyone else here.

I would be upset also... I got a bad FMIC from LANCERSHOP, and they gave me the run around before they exchanged it. Im sure Buschur racing could have sent you another one while you shipped the defective one back. A perfect example of Great Customer SVC.. the other day I realized my Meth pump was leaking. I called up David @ coolingmist and told him I needed one. I told him that I had a race set up for SAT night. He told me that he would do his best to get it to my by SAT if not it would be MON morning (keep in mind Its THURS 4pm). Well to my amazment the pump was at my door step about Sat 3pm. He will always get my buisness.

Im not sure what the stock turbo/stock motor record is these days, a couple of weeks after I bought the car I ran 11.58@119.78 and 120.76, stock motor, stock turbo, stock clutch, stock tires, 5-600 miles on it.

You just have a bad attitude about everything. Buschur will make this right.
200 lbs of tools?
Since when did some wrenches, screwdrivers, a piece of pvc and a bike pump weigh that much?
edited because Jarrod made it right before I could even post. You wont get the record by the way. I hope youre happy with the intercooler though.

What a whiney little ****. Do you think that coming on here and *****ing in public is going to make Buschur or anyone else want to go the extra mile for you next time? Not when you act like a crying little girl. Obviously whoever you talked to at Buschur wasn't giving you the answer you wanted to hear. Ask to talk to someone else that has more control up there if you're not getting satisfaction. I have rarely seen a shop that is as good, and stands behind their products as well as Buschur. And as you can see, when someone that could do something about it found out about your situation it was taken care of pretty painlessly.
Good work Buschur!!!!
For what it's worth, I hope you get to run your car at the shootout after all...........
............but I hope you get your *** kicked. Just don't go blaming it on Bushcur.

wow i just ordered my last thursday, called today and they told me it was being made. i sure as hell hope this doesnt happen to me.
Unfortunately crap happens sometimes. I'm sure Buschur didn't purposely cause this one to leak. But you gotta find some comfort in stand up guys like the guys at Buschur who will take care of you regardless and make it right.
