you change fluids by mileage. How many miles ago. Its suggested to change the tranny,tcase,and diff every 15,000 miles or more frequently. If you drive it hard change it more often.

You want me to tell you if your tcase is done or not... Honestly i cant tell you that. How many miles do you have on it? Do you beat on it all the time? Have you ever changed your fluids. Does your whine go away under loads? Higher Rpms? My old t-case made some noise... Not a ton. My new tcase, tranny, And ralliart lsd makes some noise.. More than my stock parts did. . . Im not concered about it. We drive AWD cars and they just make noise. Now how much... Who ever will know.. Your instinct should tell you if you need to have it checked out or not.

Yea, its been a good 3 years since i have been there and it would be nice to go back up there. But last i heard that the big storm that went thru there tore it up. Messed just about everything.. Including the time boards etc...
