This is bad practice, one of the warnings from Ebay posted on their website is do NOT buy from a vendor found on Ebay through another mean, by doing that you aren't protected by Ebay and you can not file a buyer's complaint through them.

Do it. I've had to do the same and my cc company basically took care of it for me. If your cc company is anything like mine, they'll refund your money immediately and then pursue the wrong doing company for the doe.

I garuntee this streetracinglife.com will be a lot more afraid of your cc company than they would be of you.
