evolvd, from your post #28. I don't know where you got your completely F***** information but we did NOT use nitrous on our car on top of that we also do not use ALCOHOL on our car. We are the fastest quite simply because we are the fastest. There has never been nitrous or alky injection on our black car, not even for a minute. EVER.

Our 8.95 was done on boost and race gas only.

Well Daniel and I took this car out on the street today. The revlimiter was set at 8500 and Daniel wasn't happy. I moved it to 9500 rpm and then actually went for a ride. HOLY FREAKING CRAP is this car fast. Hurt my neck, you can feel all the muscles in your neck straining to keep your head upright. Nasty, nasty nasty!!

The tach was off the end past 9,000, he must have been just missing the 9500 rpm limit and the car was pulling so hard at that point it was a shame to shift it.

Good stuff.

Do you have the boost curve also?

Looks like the car doesn't come alive till after 5000rpm's

How is it in normal driving?

Normal driving isn't a lot different feeling than the GT35R. The boost hits at 5,000 rpm but doesn't really hit hard until about 6,000. This car is a beast past 9,000 rpm.

I knew the car was fast! Went out to the track last night with it, just like he drove it to work. I'll make a new specific post in Engine/turbo/drivetrain about the specs. 10.19 at 143.70 mph.

justchil,

It is just so easy to make the power now-a-days. I never thought I'd see the day when a true street car with a 2 liter could go to the track and run 9's at 143+ mph then drive home with the a/c and radio on and get 25+ mpg. It is amazing.
