Just got my JDM Evo 8 GSR
Just took delivery of this car, it had 42 km's on it. Now it has 200 km's more
As a frame of reference, I used to drive a JDM E7 GSR with titanium turbo, 2.5" catback exhaust, Blitz cone filter and SARD BOV...
Initial impressions.... it's like falling in love all over again. I like the six-speed, fourth and fifth gears are now much stronger, and sixth is just right... 80 km/h at 2000 rpm, 120 kmh at a shade under 3500 rpm in sixth... I only used 1/3 of the 55 liter tank, which was impossible in my previous car. The throw is much shorter, and it's easier to engage them now. Clutch is also heavier than stock.
Spoiler is smaller now which means I can actually see traffic behind me.
Handling-wise it's pretty similar to the previous car... perhaps I need to spend more time at the limits to see if there's any difference, but that will come another time.

Optional items would be the titanium turbo and sunroof. Most Evo's here are gray imports cos the distributor charges an obscene amount and their servicing is not exactly tip-top.
