what kind of boost number's

I had a WORKS P2 mail put in my IX MR with intake,turbo back and walbro 255.How much boost should i be getting in third gear at 6500 rpm.The best i can get on the stock boost gauge is 1.0 and that's with checking all connection's for a boost leak.The car seemed to have more power before i the flash done and the WORKS boost hose put on. All the connection's on the new boost hose are good an tight.The car just dosen't feel right, like i have lost alot of the punch i used to have in stock form.

1.0 BAR IS ONLY 14.508 psi, not good. With my ix mr on 91 it hold 1.55 all day long

^^Exactly^^. You should be at atleast 1.5 bar of boost on 91 octane or higher.

I run 93 octane.

It's an installation mistake. Not really sure how in the world a guy from Maine ends up with a Works flash when Dynoflash is right down the road as well as many other East Coast tuners, but forgetting that for the moment, the flash and boost should still work fine. My guess is it came with a boost hose, right? And then you tried to install it and messed it up. That's the most logical conclusion, and I doubt it's really seeing only 14.5psi. Hmm, you did say 6500rpm, but why? We don't talk about where our boost is at 6500rpm - we use 3500rpm as the benchmark. Are you saying that you have excessive taper and don't know why, or are you thinking that your max boost should be at 6500?

We need more info in order to help you.

Thank's Warrtalon your the man i was to proud to check my work and didnt' think i made a mistake,actuator and turbo discharge hose where reversed,my bad.Now i have all the boost i want.Thank's again.
