At this point I think you should go with the tuner closes to you. AMS and DEVO will do the same thing tuning wise and both have fast cars. The only advantage AMS might have over Devo would be the access to a Dyno. Street tune is good but you still need a dyno to get optimal performance IMO. Good Look with your choice.

Just out of cusiosity - why do you suggest that you would need a dynjo to get "optimal" performace?

When checking for the knock threshold, which method od loading the car more accurately repliactes real world driving conditions ?

(Anwsering question with a question )

FYI . . . my opinion is that a good tuner can achive good results with either method as long as they are very familar with the dyno they are using
