I just switched the Stock MR Gauges with the radio slot... (without instructions)
Just before i did this i installed a Buscher Air filter... i drove the car after the installation of the air filter and it was fine... then i installed an after market radio and the gauges .. now when i drive the car ... as im going to about 4000 rpm hear this loud a$$ whooooosh.... then after i let go of the throttle i hear the pshhh of the Stock BOV.. the temp of the car was 70 C after 5 min of driving... is this normal

Yeah Dude you got boost leak from that hose you used to run to the boost gauge. At WOT what does your boost gauge read at 3500- 4500 RPMS?
My Evo Doesn't Have an Intake or any mods but i have worked on quite a few evos. I Drove my freinds that has the Injen Intake, and he let me give it alittle throttle and once the turbo started to spool it got realy loud, compared to my stock Box. So maybe whayt your hearing is the Turbocharger.

No You can Fix it, so you just have a Cone and adapter as far as filter. A quick way to check the Vaccum hose is to plug the Engine bay side and suck on the boost gauge side, if the vaccum you created with your mouth stays for a while its good and you have to check your conection, and its probaly the sound of your turbo coming from the intake. If it leaks you have to locate the Leak and Repair or replace the Vaccum hose.
