wheel hop (front) in heavy traffic - will replacing the motor mounts solve this?

I guess the problem is my driving habbits in heavy traffic
It is just hard to give it more gas when you only have to move 5-6 feet though. It saddens me to even having to drive the beast in that much traffic...
