guys i really appreciate your help.... i'm going to check my battery tomorrow, not much i can do at 12:30 at night. Just frustrated i've owned the car a year and have barely 10k on it cause it hasn't run 30 days consecutively.

 

well i understand the headache you have...

I bought my car and no less than i made my first payment i had a un-insured motorist hit my car... I had troubles with the transmission and t-case.. So i spend $6,000 and get a tranny, t-case, and lsd...along with a new clutch. I still had troubles with the tranny.. after 700 miles.. So Jon @ tre told me to try a different clutch. So i buy a new clutch and flywheel.. My cost was $600.00 so i swap that out.. Not to mention i have spent over $200 on just fluids from changing everything 4 times... I have the new clutch in and really dont see any differnce. I am going to put some more miles on it and if doesnt get any better jon is going to send me another tranny. But its a way of life.... Sh*t happens...especially when we buy an car geared to performance... Hopefully you will get it all sorted out. I belive you will get it fixed and your just pushing the envelope. Dont get stressed out just get fixed. Its only a matter of time and money. Both will always come and go.

 

I feel you're woes, i've had 5 transmissions, 3 stock and 2 shep trannies, 3 transfer cases, 2 stock, 1 shep. Just didn't expect the same woes i had in my 2g, lol, but i brought the curse with me. and trust me i feel you on the fluid changes. not to mention buying "top of the line" parts only to have poor fitament and exchange issues.

 

well my battery was dead as a door nail, gel cell battery takes 8 hours on slow charge, so charge it up, and it cranks, but the battery light is still on, so i go test my alternator, no return current, drove it to the dealer and it died on the lot.

New alternator is 322.52 =[
