Headlight Wiggle

Headlight Wiggle
So I'm sitting in traffic and I notice my headlights are adjusting up and down. I always keep them on 0 since they aim way too low before i lowered the car.. Somehow my headlights decided it was time to go up and down by about 2 degrees or so, continuously. I dont know why. When I put them on a setting other than 0, they stop moving. Has anyone else seen this?

There have been a few threads on this, try a search. One of them was from not very long ago.
One guys car was doing this and he took it to the dealer and they put a $1300 headlamp assembly in it to fix the problem... something to do with the adjusting motor.

^^ That was me. I've posted on this before when my passenger side light was moving up and down. Mitsu replaced the entire assembly under warranty but until you can get that fixed, put the switch on "1" instead on "0" and it should stop it from adjusting.

I'm not sure what to search for, I tried a couple of searches and didn't find anything. Leaving the headlight on 1 is not gonna work. First of all it doesn't stop the headlights from moving every time (it does sometimes). Secondly they already point too low, because my car is lowered and it is lower in the front in relation to the back, so I cant see anything on the lower settings. I really dont want to buy a new headlight assembly. I would like to get it to the normal position and disable the motor.
