Mod the driver before the car.

I suggest a few NASA or SCCA autocrosses.

if you are wanting to keep your warranty stick with a cat-back, drop-in filter, and flash.

what EXACTLY do they do when you have a flash done......this is coming from a new evo owner.keep in mind my last quick ride was an 86 GN....12.4@106 with boost valve ,exhaust, cold air intake.not bad for 3800+ lbs. Funny though the evo pulls so much harder in 2nd....weird

You can't get any exhaust for a few hundred bucks except the Ebay one. Just get a sheet metal intake manifold and call it a day.

LOL that is awesome!!!! For the guy asking the question it is better that you search and make the best decision based on prior posts. It just gets old when people ask the same questions everyday all of the time. Good luck to you though.

I find it funny in advanced groups when I can catch up to and pass EVO drivers in my Type R.

We all started somewhere right? It's much better IMO to learn how to drive than to build something that you can't handle.

cheers

Can't put a price on knowing how to drive properly. It's amazing how much better your times will be when you know how to drive your car.

Go with Buschur, AMS, or WORKS for the basic bolt ons.
