Thumbs up to TTP Engineering

On Sept 23rd I packed up my EVO and took a road trip down to Orlando to visit some friends and family and to get some surgery done to my EVO. Scott from TTP Engineering and Lewis from Forge spent the morning installing several parts including an O2 housing, TBE and a Zeitronix wideband w/ MAP sensor on my MR. All of their work was done thoroughly and with care. I didn't say too much about my past experience but I've been in and around shops for many years now and I've seen shoddy work and I've seen quality work. They both did quality work, taking their time to do things properly. And when a problem came up rather than try to work around it, they took the time to explain it to me and let me decide how to go about fixing it and offered options rather than just trying to force things to work. Lewis even went out of adjust the fitment of a part I'd installed myself so it was much better and cleaner. Nobody asked him to do it, he took the time to do it on his own.

As for Scott's work he did a great job wiring and installing the Zeitronix so it's mounted clean. It looks OEM, everyone who's seen the LCD display has been really impressed.

Once the parts were installed we did a street tune using the wideband and the usual datalogging tools such as evoscan. The tune was nailed down after around 10 passes and the car feels great. I'm seeing about 23.5 psi peak boost and it's holding a solid 22psi almost all the way to the rev limiter. Timing, fuel, etc, all look good. I haven't had much time to enjoy the car yet and I haven't had a chance to get it dyno'd yet, either. It's obviously a lot faster than it was, but I won't quote any numbers yet. I'll post up dyno results when I get them, there's no doubt it's right there with similarly equipped and tuned IXs.

Pics of where you mounted the zeitronix lcd? I'm torn between this and the innovate wideband.

It's mounted on the column in front of the gauge pod w/ double sided velcro. I have to lean forward to see my odometer, nothing else is blocked. I hear the Innovate is a good product, for me it was the combo EGT/boost/wideband in a small package with a relatively stealthy display that sold me.
