I havent noticed any anti-evo antics. It happen only if you're speeding or make loud obnoxious noises (like most modded cars). I have no front liscense plate and been in fron of many cops for them to see it. No ticket yet *knocks on wood* The stock exhaust is pretty loud.... stock exhaust setting alarms off when just cruising
