I think about 250HP will put you out in front of most fast cars. If I were you I'd start pulling parts off of my car to find that ideal number.

To answer your question buddy, stay GT30 and below.... i would suggest somewhere around 375-430 to the wheels for quick spool and nice turbo responsiveness when running from the cops when they see you doing it!
