The FMIC I decided to experiment with is this one.
The straight couplers wouldn't work as the inlet/outlet tubes are angled.
The angle isn't enough to be able to use the factory couplers, nor straight enough to
straight coulers.

So far here are the problems:

1.) Bolted up, the core sits about 1" too far to the right.
2.) The right side bracket doesn't align correctly.
3.) The angle of the inlet/outlet tubes are incorrect.

Not everyone has fitment problems with the ebay FMIC's. There are different ones with different fitments.
