Anyone have any ebay knowledge
I Bid on an evo for 15 grand on ebay, i didnt win, and it sold for 20 grand not meeting the sellers reserve, but then the dealership selling the car sends me a second chance offer through ebay, offering the car to me for my bid of 15,000 dollars, do they have to sell me the car at this price? Is it legally binding, the offer expires in 5 business days, 4 business days from now, need help guys! If I i do get this car, you guys will be seeing a 2006 Electric Blue Evo 9, no sunroof, leather interior, less then 10k miles for sale on the forums for very cheap

If it's an error, they won't sell you the car and after you complain to eBay, eBay will send a message to the seller to try not to let that happen too often.
Worst case, you could leave bad feedback for the dealership, but the dealer would certainly accept that before losing thousands of dollars on a car.

a second chance offer is only binding if you accept it. if you do not accepts the second chance offer than there is no contract to hold you to buying this Evo. but if you carfax the vin and find nothing wrong i would buy it at 15k and turn it around.

+1 Be very careful for scams. This came up awhile ago on a BMW board, if you are in the area or know someone in the area have a look at the car and make sure you run a Carfax!
Best of luck.
