Turboback exhaust
hey kind of a very gneral question about a turboback exhaust i have read many things on the forum but would like to hear a little bit more. If i were to put a turboback on my evo IX what exatcly would happen negatively? CEL? loss of power at high RPM's? (read that in the forum) also read that i should put a spacer where the o2 sensor taps into the exhaust..?

the spacer would be a mechanical cel fix. it is supposed to make it so that you dont trip the cel but it happens sometimes anyways. there are really no negative effects that i can feel on my car after the exhaust, all that i noticed was that the turbo hit harder and the car made a hell of a good sound. i love it it is probably one of the best investments ever. definately get one you will like it. i got the ams exhaust and wouldnt have done it any other way

tripperfx3 ,With the UR testpipe?
I have the RMR downpipe and RMR catback and UR tp. Had it on my 03 and 06 not one cel. The design on the Ultimate racing test pipe is interesting. Theres a bung welded to the side with a tiny hole. I guess its enough air for the sensor to read but not enough to throw a code
