Have you Ever changed your Fluid, did you put the right weight in. If you stil have the Stock Diaqueen Fluid just let it warm up a little more before you start forcing on it. It takes like 3 or 4 miles before mine finaly lossens up, so i just shift slow and let the tranny get Hot.

When i drive in the mornings my clutch is really sloppy with the first 3 gears usually but after about 1 to 2 minutes of driving its all back to normal. As far as cold weather... my car lovvvvvvvves it, and i love driving it at night. Just like you said, feels like i gained about 15hp minimum.

nope I love MR2s but the Evo just out performs, And its a Freaking Sedan. But they are 2 totaly different cars. I had One of the Only hard top turbos in the US. But I made it turbo, it use to be NA. Here is the Clip (the MR2 Turbo I took the Engine From)

This is a Picture I have ov it. The Guy in the Picture isn't me.

And the Motor after I rebuilt it.

it doesn't really get that cold here in socal, but when it does, the car does feel a lot better. there's no way i'd survive snow driving if i lived up where you snow guys are.
