installed MBC have questions
is there anything negative not capping my WG solenoid lines would cause? i ask this because my boost isnt raising past 14 since i installed my MBC and this is after like 4 1/2 turns(hallman). Just in general how many turns does it take for you to set it to 20 psi?
*edit only performance mods i have is a TBE and a works air filter.*

it will take some turns just keep opening slowly till it gets there. how do you have it hooked up do you haev it tapped into your bov line if so then you need to cap off the Factory boost solonoid inlet and out let and also the nipple on intake and turbo outlet pipe. when i had mine it took quite a few turns to get it there!!!

sorry, forgot to explain. the directions said to hook it up straight to the compressor housing and wastegate. i capped off the bottom vacuum line going into the turbo inlet and will (but havent yet) cap off the wg solenoid soon. *edit* alright, since you had alot of turns too i guess im still far away lol. thanks for the answers!

i thought i remember someone saying that theres a different spring that you can by for higher amounts of boost
the ones good for like 15 psi, and you need the other one to get the boost above that
im not real sure about this, but that could be the problem

dont be afraid to turn it.
Turn it one full turn and check you boost level on 3rd gear @ WOT.
BTW, you might want to get the car tuned to optimize your boost setting.
I would leave the boost very close to stock until a tune.

over 15psi, one turn on my hallman = a lot more boost.....is it the in cockpit version? if so thats easy to just turn a lil and check. if not it is a pita to turn a lil, go run, etc etc....and like stated....you should just go get tuned and that way you wont have to worry about it
