Their product is ok ( I wanna emphasize ok), but you better give them at least two or three weeks before you receive it to your door.
Just keep that in mind and you'll be happy.
When I ordered my exhaust, Ryan told me one week and I should have it.
It turned out I got my exhaust about two and a half weeks later.

Their Customer service is bad But I had my Call answered by Ryan all of the time. They do reply to your emails all the time and that is the best way to contact them. They do have delivery issues but the products I have recieved from them are much better in Quality and Craftsmanship. I guess shortage of good help and lot of demand in work is killing them. I would rather see bad customer service then a Bad Product!
I have dealt with them more then a few times and has been late but Good products.
Another one is ImportImage they have the best of both worlds. good products and Great Services. Keep It Up Josh!
