I pretty much want to attract as little attention as possble. I want the power, but not the "pull me over" or "race me now" sound. Pretty much the best of both worlds. I am not going for an all out street machine or just high dyno numbers. Just something to have fun with on the streets.

plus, you mentioned you'd just get a cat-back? you'd not be looking at a noticable diffrence in power at all over stock! sounds to me like your just wanting the "look" of a aftermarket exhaust and not the"performance"? if you were truly looking for power gain's you'd get a tbe....

not rly, the CBE is pretty restrictive IMO. There are gains to be had with an CBE, even a "quiet" one.

Well I don't have mine yet! Should be picking the Evo up in a week or so.

After some searching, the Fujitsubo RM01A looks like a good choice.

Our local police are fairly, shall we say, "non-tolerant," so I try to keep the car quiet. (I know, it's kind of pointless with all the vinyl, but still...)

I am still running the Borla cat-back, which is pretty quiet , and also has a fairly stock-looking tip.

I sold my Vishnu due to the drone at 2500rpm. It drove me crazy on the expressway. Headache city.

I listened to the Apexi world sport/Noir today, it really is as quiet as everyone says. Only slighty louder than stock, even with a test pipe. Just replace the stock resonator with a 3" resonator

http://www.lancershop.com/customer/p...&cat=68&page=1

i dunno why people are saying get the HKS exhaust...i have the hks hi-power cat back and after it heats up it gets pretty loud, not super loud but it definatly sounds mean and turns heads...the the hks TI is even louder too

Greddy Evo2. Even with a 3" downpipe and a 3" test pipe, its still very quiet.
