All you would need to do is get one of these gauges
Make sure you have a wideband with an analog output and program the voltage range to make sure the display matches your wideband display. Like an LM1 or LC1 or Zeintronix.
Use his walkthru to take the gauge cluster apart and make the space to fit the analog display in there and put back together.

I didn't use the warning lights. They're useless.
1. Seatbelt. I always wear mine anyway. I don't need a light to tell me that.
2. Door ajar. So what.
3. IC spray - I don't have one since I have a IX
4. Immobilizer - whatever
5. Low oil - didn't exist in the first place since there was no bulb there.
