Car making annoying medium-high pitch rustling noise. Need help! Please read!

Recently my car is making an odd medium-high pitch jingling/coin rustling type of noise from the engine. This happens only until 3K rpm, then it seems to lessen or disappear. This is sound also occurs when stationary so not from the drivetrain, I hope. This sound was not there before, and it is very annoying.

I should add that I recently replaced my turbo which blew some days back. This needed removal and installation of ex. mani., to the downpipe components. Also I installed oil temp. and pressure sensors near the oil filter.

Can someone help me identify the noise? Its getting pretty irritating. I just hope that it is not a symptom of something bad to happen. Or can this happen due to some fault in installation of the parts listed above.

P.S. I also checked the new turbo, and this one is fine and the wheels are not touching the housing nor is there any play in the shaft. Already 2000km in the new turbo.

could you please specify/mark which part of the wga needs the tightening in the picture? is there any specific measurement/load to which it needs to be tightened?

I guess the flapper in the picture is making all that noise, correct?
